Featured Homes of the Week: Orlando, Florida

Posted by Shelley Aleksic on Thursday, August 2nd, 2018 at 8:21am.

As real estate agents, there's nothing we love more than finding a home that our clients can see themselves living in, laughing in, and making memories in. This week we previewed two homes for sale in Orlando. Comment below letting us know which home is your favorite!

10333 Cypress Isle Court, Orlando, FL 32836

The first thing we noticed about the property was the landscaping and long driveway, both positives. We loved the feel of the open space upon entering, we could see right through the french doors into the back yard. A house with lots of windows is always a plus in our mind, especially with the dark bamboo floors. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the upgrades in the bathrooms were breathtaking. The rock waterfall on the koi pond outside of the master bedroom was very relaxing to listen to and look at, as was the entire rest of the backyard with all of the greenery. We could tell the owner put a lot of hard work into the remodel of the house.

8716 Brixford Street, Orlando, FL 32836

Upon pulling up to the property, the curb appeal and exterior of the home was impressive and the three car garage was an added bonus. Immediately after entering the house, to the left is a room with a set of double doors. Being real estate agents, we appreciate having a space closed off and away from the rest of the house to work in when we aren't out and about. The uniform tile throughout the house made the transition between rooms seamless and worked especially well in the open concept kitchen and living room. We loved the over-sized kitchen island with seating and the direct access to the large backyard and covered patio.
